Some sort of specialized repair probe for the protoss would be good, having an awesome unit (like the mothership in the gameplay vid on the
SC2 site) get damaged to like 10 armor, then being unable to repair, then have it die quickly when you send it into battle is annoying.
Or just a repair center for units would be nice =\
For an incomplete game the footage looked amazing, and the new features for the protoss look fine.
Another good change though would be the templar/dark templar. They would be better off as optional upgrades to the zealot. Deciding which ones to build individually is just annoying because the templar has good psionic abilities but he's hella weak, and the dark templar is only effective when he's invisible to enemies or in large numbers, and the zealot just falls inbetween.
I don't think the overall strangth of the protoss should be tempered, but the strategic advantages of the zerg/terrans should be improved. I think they're already doing that in
SC2 already though.
It looks like they're building it from the ground up so people probably don't have to worry about problems from
SC resurfacing in #2.
